Since 1986 Wayne Banks & Associates, Inc. has specialized in the field of Architecture and Build-to-Suit/Turnkey Projects and has completed a variety of design/build projects. These projects have included parking structures, space planning, interiors, medical office buildings and many other sophisticated project types for a wide base of developers and other clients.

Since 1987 Parkitects has specialized in parking planning, parking structure design, construction documents, and contract administration specifically related to Parking Structures. Our client base consists primarily of developers and institutions in the private sector. Our contracts with them have included both; those negotiated, as well as those won through many design competitions in the very competitive design/build arena. Designs that have stressed parking efficiency, cost effectiveness, and award winning architecture have resulted in repeat clientele and new business for our firm over the last several years.

The staff of Parkitects, Inc. takes pride in their ability to interpret the client's needs, consistently producing programs and design solutions resulting in a project exemplifying the client's image - yet maintaining efficiency and cost control. Wayne Banks & Associates, Inc. dba Parkitects has been conducting business in California since April of 1985, first as a sole proprietorship and then since 1986 as a California "C" corporation. In 2002 Parkitects, Inc. was established as a separate California corporation specializing soley in Parking Structures.
