The Galaxy Way Parking Structure is an eight level structure
containing approximately 1,385 parking stalls. It is three
levels fully below grade and two levels partially below grade
due to the 25 foot grade difference across the site. The main
vehicular and pedestrian entrance through security is at the
sixth level at Galaxy Way. There is also a studio lot entrance
at the fourth level. The structure is contemporary in its
Architectural vocabulary incorporating sophisticated metal
detailing and the use of exterior billboards on custom metal
framing to integrate its design into the flair of the 20th
Century Fox Studio Lot. This project won an AIA Merit Award
for both State and Los Angeles Chapters of the AIA.
