The Grove at Farmers Market Parking Structure is an eight level parking structure containing approximately 3,505 parking stalls. The ingress and egress points are on the ground level with 7 inbound lanes and 11 exit lanes. The ramping system is an express ramp located in the center of the structure. This double helix ramp design allows for entry counterclockwise on one double lane ramp with double lane exit clockwise on the other. Customer satisfaction is the requirement for this structure with two valet drop off areas at the ground level and an electronic vehicle counting system which displays the availability of the parking on a level by level basis. The structure is designed for high turnover of patrons shopping at high end retail stores, attending theaters and dining in the many restaurants. The structures Architectural vocabulary is taken from an Art Deco era and adapted to the surrounding retail complex known as THE GROVE.
