Park Place Parking Structure # 6 is a three level structure
containing approximately 675 parking stalls. It has been designed
with one level below grade and the main entry level at the
midpoint of the structure. In order to keep the structure
naturally ventilated the surrounding grade was sloped down
to the lowest level keeping it open for ventilation and natural
light. A custom clear anodized louver system was incorporated
into the exterior design to hide the vehicles but still maintain
light and natural ventilation of all levels. Two surround
glass elevators for the main elevator core which is located
to connect to the main Fluor retail concourse via a pedestrian
bridge. An extensive use of landscape creates a park like
setting in the development and compliments the architectural
theme.
