Stadium Towers Phase I. Phase one of a two phase parking structure providing approximately 1,400 parking spaces for the adjacent high rise office towers. The triangular site was a design challange for providing close proximity of parking to the office towers. The solution, provide phase one fully across the site with internal access through double high space allowing construction access for the building of the future second phase. Fill in the two story space to gain additional parking when phase two is complete.

The elevator core is the focal point of the main courtyard and water feature leading to the parking structure.
