| The Waterridge Parking Structure is a
multi level structure containing approximately 950 parking
stalls. It is three levels with access on its upper and lower
levels. Due to the grade differential on the sloping site the structure
terraces into the hillside making some of its levels below grade
at the end of the structure tucked into the hillside. The use of
landscape was a major design consideration in the development of the
facade treatment of the structure.
The use of trees on the roof deck, cascading plants along the edge
of the structure both harmonized with the planting at grade in front
of the structure. This natural look helped blend the structure into this
office environment.
